American River Home Care is looking for full and part time experienced clinicians to join our growing team. Our agency services the greater Sacramento area and surrounding counties. Requirements

  • Current CPR card

  • Licensed to practice in your speciality in California without restrictions

  • 1 year of experience in your field. Home Health experience preferred however background working at a skilled nursing facility, Acute Care settings, Hospice, or any other role requiring good assessment skills.

  • Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state/organization requirements and is in good working order

  • Must clear background and OIG screening
